Fortuna Group is seeking expressions of interest for a Dairy Assistant to join the team at Patiki Dairies in Riversdale, Southland. This role is well suited to someone with a strong work ethic who is keen to build skills and grow a long-term career in dairy farming.

About the Farm: Patiki Dairies is a well-established dairy unit milking approximately 700 cows across 273 hectares, with a strong focus on animal welfare, team culture, and consistent farm performance. About the Role: As a Dairy Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the farm, including milking, animal care, and general farm duties.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, motivated, and keen to learn
• Works well in a team environment
• Takes pride in animal welfare and farm presentation
• Operates safely and follows farm systems
• Is interested in developing a long-term dairy career
• Previous dairy experience is an advantage but not essential
