Farm Development Assistant - Harris Block, Tuatapere
Fixed-Term (April–May 2026)
Fortuna Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Development Assistant to support development work at Harris Block in Tuatapere. This is a fixed-term, as-required role that is anticipated to be full-time for the duration of the development programme, paid at an hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- General farm and tractor work
- Removing old fences and preparing for new infrastructure
- Assisting with drainage and other development work
- Supporting wider farm development activities
Requirements:
- Previous farm experience
- Comfortable operating machinery and working outdoors
- Reliable, team-oriented, with good communication skills
