Services Lead

We are looking for a practical, organised and motivated Services Lead to lead our Services team and coordinate operational and project work across Fortuna Group.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance planning, people leadership and project delivery with getting stuck in on farm. You'll be responsible for coordinating the team, contractors, equipment, and resources to ensure day-to-day operations, farm resilience work and improvement projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

You'll spend plenty of time out on farm, working alongside the team, operating machinery and getting on the tools where needed. You'll work closely with Farm Managers, Supervisors and the Senior Operations Manager to prioritise work, manage budgets and keep projects on track. While you're confident using systems and Excel to plan and report, you're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves, leading by example and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Proven experience leading people and coordinating teams.

• Practical tractor and digger operating experience.

• Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.

• Confidence using computers, systems and Excel.

• The ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and deadlines.

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to get stuck in.

• Project management experience would be an advantage.
